DELIVERY

All orders are shipped USA USPS. Rates are calculated through USPS calculator. International orders are shipped USPS International Priority.

Clothing and footwear under $110 are exempt from New York City and NY State Sales Tax. Purchases above $110 are subject to a 4.5% NYC Sales Tax and a 4% NY State Sales Tax.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

SALE PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

If an item you have purchased is reduced in price within ONE week of your order date, we will happily adjust the sale price for you. Please note that we can only make one sale adjustment per item and goods originally purchased on sale are excluded.

RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused/unworn shirts can be returned for EXCHANGE ONLY or store credit for free within 30 days of delivery. Returns must include a copy of your delivery packing slip. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. store credit/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. To request a return on a purchase, please proceed to our online portal.

In case of defects only will an exchange be considered.

All exchanges dependent on existing stock. A notice must be given to sales@jamhuriwear.com OR ON OUR ONLINE EXCHANGE PORTAL CLICK HERE within 7 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Once we receive your request, we will issue you an RA#. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and merchandise return form completed which will be included with your RA# and return instructions email. Any store credit we issue will be valid for one year from the date of issuance. Jamhuri Wear is not responsible for shipping charges for returns. Please note: all orders processed with a discount code or sale price are final sale and may not be returned.
