SHIPPING POLICY-
SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE US:
If your order fits all authorization criteria, then all orders with a delivery address in the US will be shipped within 5-10* business days(with the exception of custom and back ordered items). If the item(s) you ordered are on back order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days at which point you can choose to order something else thats in stock or wait until your item(s) are available.
Custom & Special Orders: All custom orders with a delivery address within the US will be shipped within 10-15* business days.
Domestic Delivery Options:
Express = 1-2 days
Priority = 2-3 days
*NOTE: Delivery to destination could take from 3-21 days FROM THE DATE THE ORDER WAS SHIPPED depending on type of item ordered, shipping method and destination location

Additional fees such as taxes, duty, or brokerage may be requested upon delivery or billed in the future from the courier company and your local customs department. Jamhuri Wear LLC is not responsible for any of these costs.

International Delivery Options:
Orders weighing 5 pounds or less
USPS Standard delivery time = 7-21 days
USPS Global Express = 3-5 days
Orders weighing over 6 pounds
USPS Global Express = 3-5 days
POSSIBLE REASONS FOR DELAYS:
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons and more information may be requested to provide proof of identity. *These reasons are subject to change at any time.
Different billing & shipping addresses entered
Past history of fraud or chargeback has been assigned
Unable to verify billing address information (i.e. non US credit cards)
AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENTS:
International orders may be required to fax/scan proof of being cardholder in order to prevent credit card fraud. Additional information will be emailed once the order has been received. For more information, please call our customer service department.
MILITARY & P.O. BOX DELIVERIES:
We do ship to PO Boxes and military addresses within the USPS capabilities.
All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Sorry, express shipping and tracking capabilities are not available at this time.
Military deliveries: Please note that the average delivery time is 18 to 45 days.
P.O. Box deliveries: Please note that the average delivery time is 7 to 30 days
RETURNS POLICY-
Only items that have been purchased from this website can be returned according to the following policy:
Every product is satisfaction guaranteed or you may return it for the item price (not including shipping) within a set period of time (this clause excludes our Made to Order and Special pieces that are custom made and can only be exchanged if damaged. Naturally, if it is our fault we will correct it and send it back out to you
Exchanges apply to orders that do not have the correct ordered size, color, font, spelling (this would apply to custom pieces), or any provable way our fault.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs unless the product(s) received was damaged.
In order to facilitate the return of your items WE must receive an email requesting a Return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, by emailing us at - sales@jamhuriwear.com.
All returns must be sent back within 15 days of the RTN request .
Any returns received after and within a 20 day period, must be an exchange or store credit only.
All other returns after this period will be sent back to the customer.
All returns MUST be in saleable condition and include its original packaging with tags attached.
Invoice # and Billing Name must appear on the Return/Exchange Form.

MADE TO ORDER and SPECIAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE, NO returns will be accepted.
We are sorry but when exchanging items, credit can only be used per invoice amount, not combined with multiple returns.

Fill out the Return/Exchange Form and attach a copy of your invoice enclosed in your package.
In a sealed insured package, mail your package to JAMHURI WEAR (address provided above) along with the return form.
You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received and a credit or exchange has been processed.
Please note that your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is received.
You can enter in multiple style #s on the return/exchange form and note in comments which is your 1st, 2nd, 3rd choices. OR Note to issue a Store Credit
If your exchange is out of stock or on back order, a refund or store credit must be issued.
If your exchange is out of stock and you have already been issued a store credit or refund, you will be responsible for any new shipping costs on additional orders.
